SANDESH NAGAR - PHASE I (NELAMANGALA)

Layout work has been completed such as

2. Water line
3. UGD
4. Overhead tank
5. sump tank
6. STP
7. development of park has been completed

constant efforts have being made with Nelamangala Planning Authority to release remaining 40 % sites and allot to eligible Members / Associate members very shortly. Due to Election code of conduct NPA meetings were not held hence delay caused in releasing process of sites in First phase.

SANDESH NAGAR- PHASE II (NELAMANGALA)

Layout required quantity of land has been procured and Blue print has been obtained from NPA. Formation of layout is in progress. The same will be completed shortly and after release of sites from NPA sites will be allotted to members at counseling meeting.

SANDESH NAGAR- PHASE III (NELAMANGALA)

Procurement of land has been purchased by the developer and conversion process is in progress. After completion of this process Blue print will be submitted to NPA after getting approval sites will be allotted to members at counseling meeting.

SANDESH LAKE SIDE - PHASE I, II & III

(NEAR NEW AIRPORT, BETTANAHALLI VILLAGE)

Sandesh Lake side – I, II, III stage developer has procured required quantity of land and conversion process is in progress and land leveling, construction of compound wall is 80% Completed. Shortly Blue Print will be submitted to concerned authority for approval of layout after getting approval marking of roads, sites will be taken up.

Board of directors along with President and Vice President regularly visiting the layout and supervising the work in co ordination with the Developers to complete all layout work on priority. Hence members are requested to bear with us for delay happening due to government approvals from various departments. Your Co-operation is solicited.

SANDESH BAGH (VARTHUR)

Sandesh Bagh (Varthur project) layout plan has been submitted to Anekal Planning authority and paid required fees and approval is expected shortly. After getting the approval layout work such as marking of roads, sites and basic amenities. Anekal planning authority will release the sites and the same will be allotted to the Members / Associate members at counseling meeting.

REGISTRATION OF SITES

• Registration in respect of Sandesh Nagar - Phase -1 are in progress.
• Registration will be done in respect of sites allotted & released by planning authority.
• Registration will be done only after full payment of sital value as mentioned in the allotment letter.
• Allottes are requested to approach society office to submit Registration request application for arranging registration of site.
• Details regarding registration can be obtained from society office during its office hours.
• Release of 40% of sites in respect of Sandesh Nagar Phase 1 is expected shortly.
• Registration of sites in respect of Sandesh Nagar- Phase -1 has started and already about 300 sites has been registered in favour of allottes other allottes are requested to get their sites registered early.
