About Us

Karnataka Postal and Telecom Employees Housing Co-operative Society Limited was a society formed way back in 1964 by a group of likeminded people from the Postal Organization with One Single, Simple and Strong vision; to provide an opportunity for the not so very sound financial colleagues of the Postal Department a Chance to have an "Own House"; a simple phrase it looks like but when intoned we've seen clearly in everyone the Joy and Pride and the glitter in the eyes and those without it resign with a sign of envy. We wanted to form a community to help and ensure that the not so well to-do colleagues of the postal department realize their dream of Own House.

Ever since its inception and thus far we have evolved and grown in leaps and bounds simply because we have not deterred from original values and actually added a few more by opening our Projects for the common Public and embracing the common man from all cross sections of the society as well. Our only motive was to facilitate the common man to have an own shelter.

We believe and see clearly the reason for our tremendous growth, we have never deterred from the Values that We Believe & Honor, Our Ability to Keep the Promise and Deliver in Deed and not just false promises. As Add-On to Our Fundamental Values we have always evaluated the ever changing demands of the contemporary modern world and embraced new values to face the challenges of the times, one of the reasons why we are distinctly different and abreast from others.

We called our maiden venture "SANDESH" to truly carry the MESSAGE of Hope & Joy ,to provide an opportunity for the not so very sound financial colleagues of the Postal Department a Chance to have an "Own House"; little did any one even dream or realize that this was a harbinger of what was to ensue thereafter, SANDESH truly lived unto its name, the instant mega success of SANDESH -1 propelled us into the next project SANDESH -2 and soon the success was an habit for KPTEHCSL..
